Airline Crews can download our CREW APP that manages pick ups and provides 2-way communication via text or voice with a SkyHop Driver. It also shows a picture of the driver providing an extra level of safety to the experience. Airline Crew can follow the arrival of their van on an interactive map and rate their driver.
All of our vans are no more than 2 years old. The vans are washed and cleaned every single night and sanitized after each crew trip, so you can be sure you will have an enjoyable ride every time.
You will be greeted by a fully uniformed SkyHop Global driver on every single trip.
It’s not often, but we do make mistakes. When we do, we want to fix it! We have a unique process to connect with the affected airline crew and apologize. Recovery is more important to us than the actual service mistake.
Our number one job is the safety of our airline crew members! We take our responsibility seriously and have safety measures in place for every aspect of our service.
Our technology has raised the standards in the airline ground transportation industry. Our metrics (through external GPS) prove we have a near perfect on time percentage.

SkyHop Global maintains a zero tolerance for any intoxicating substance by our workforce. SkyHop Global has established a Drug Free Workplace Program. Employees are prohibited from using illegal drugs (including the non-prescribed use of prescription medication) on or off the employer’s premises. Employees are also prohibited from possessing or transporting alcohol or illegal drugs on the premises. Possession of paraphernalia used in connection with the use of any drug is evidence of violation of this rule.
